Armory Arts

We signed Owen up for art classes this summer at a place called the Armory Arts. I started with just one class to see how it went - Space Traveler, and of course he loved it. He took 2 more classes after that - Aquariums & Space Traveler again! Here he is in the community room where the kids go before and after class. They are drawing "roads".

Sleeping Edie

Edie is much bigger than this now, but I love how sweet it is. Crazy she is almost a toddler and not a baby for too much longer.

Mochi Stand

Owen had his own idea to sell mochi ice cream in the front yard one day. We made the sign and he set up the stand and yelled "mochi, mochi for sale". He got one customer right away. Someone we didn't even know! And he got a few more customers we did.

Dentist

Owen had his first full cleaning at the dentist this summer. They gave him some cool sunglasses to protect his eyes from the bright light. And they had tv screens on the ceiling - score for him!

Wanna Be

Sometimes, Edie wants to be just like her brother. If he loves construction and has a uniform, so does she. Take note that Owen's construction outfit is a snowsuit, gloves and wellie boots (not shown). It was 90 degree this day. Now that is commitment.

Some Great Pix

It's been a while since we posted. I just didn't realize how long - been a busy year. My photographer friend Christa took these photos of us a couple of weeks ago. They are so great I thought I'd share them.
